1.1 SyncSuite provides CRM, marketing automation, and business management tools tailored to businesses, including golf clubs.

1.2 These T&Cs apply to all users of SyncSuite, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.

1.3 By creating an account or using SyncSuite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to agree to these T&Cs on behalf of your organization (if applicable).

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 You are required to create an account to use SyncSuite. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs or our acceptable use policies.

3. Services Provided

3.1 SyncSuite offers tools for managing customer relationships, automating marketing activities, tracking opportunities, and engaging with leads.

3.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we strive to maintain high availability and minimise downtime.

3.3 Some features may depend on integrations with third-party tools. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 SyncSuite operates on a subscription model with fees outlined during account setup.

4.2 Payments are due in advance for each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards.

4.3 Failure to pay on time may result in account suspension or termination.

4.4 Refunds are only available as explicitly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

5. User Obligations

5.1 You agree to use SyncSuite only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 You may not use SyncSuite to send unsolicited communications ("spam") or to store or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

5.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share via SyncSuite complies with these T&Cs and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Data Privacy and Security

6.1 Your use of SyncSuite is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6.2 We implement reasonable measures to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 You are responsible for ensuring the security of data you store on the Platform, including maintaining backups as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, branding, and software associated with SyncSuite are exclusive property of Expand Media and GoHighLevel.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of SyncSuite without prior written consent.

7.3 Any content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing services to you.

8. Service Availability

8.1 SyncSuite may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected interruptions. We will provide advanced notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

8.2 We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expand Media disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 SyncSuite may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of these tools.

10.2 Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

11. Termination

11.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these T&Cs or misuse of SyncSuite.

11.3 Upon termination, your access to SyncSuite will be revoked, but you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

12. Modifications to the T&Cs

12.1 We may update these T&Cs periodically. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

12.2 Continued use of SyncSuite after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of The British Government. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. We uphold all legalities required including GDPR, and the Consumers Rights Act of 2015.

14. Other Services

14.1 In addition to SyncSuite, we also offer marketing services, including but not limited to website management and Meta-advertisement campaigns. These services are also subject to separate agreements and terms, which will be outlined upon engagement. For all applicable, the terms and conditions outlined in this document also apply to these additional marketing services. By utilising these services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with any additional terms provided. While we strive to deliver exceptional service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing efforts, as they may depend on various factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, audience behaviour, and platform policies.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages or internet failures. Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.
