14. Other Services
14.1 In addition to SyncSuite, we also offer marketing services, including but not limited to website management and Meta-advertisement campaigns. These services are also subject to separate agreements and terms, which will be outlined upon engagement. For all applicable, the terms and conditions outlined in this document also apply to these additional marketing services. By utilising these services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with any additional terms provided. While we strive to deliver exceptional service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing efforts, as they may depend on various factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, audience behaviour, and platform policies.
15. Force Majeure Clause
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages or internet failures. Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

SyncSuite Returns and Cancellation Policy

At SyncSuite, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable and efficient services. This Returns and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds and subscription cancellations.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 SyncSuite offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
1.2 To request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date your subscription began. Please include your account details and the reason for your request to help us improve our services.
1.3 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approving your request.
1.4 This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription period and does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
2.1 For customers on a monthly subscription plan, we require one month’s notice for cancellation. You must provide this notice before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. This does not account for any previous in person agreements on minimum subscription length.

6. Other services
Set up costs, third party fees and on-going work for all marketing services seperate to SyncSuite, such as Meta advertisement campaigns and Website management, are non-refundable. You may however cancel any subscription to these services in accordance with the SyncSuite cancellation terms. This does not account for any minimum subscription length agreed prior. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
